Whether its a riverside party, a wedding through the walled garden or as somewhere to stay. The is a unique and creative venue with style and flare and the perfect venue for hosting any celebration.
You will see a selection of summer images as you scroll down with wild foxgloves, a meadow of buttercups and roses in from of the house. Perfect set up for some stunning outdoor ceremonies.
I have also photographed a winter wedding at Wilde Lodge. Donna and Sean’s winter wedding took place on the Clee Hill near Ludlow, Shropshire then back to a new rustic venue in Powys called Wilde Lodge. There was snow on the ground and the guests arrived down the winding country lanes on a vintage bus as they made their way to to Donna’s small, quaint local church.
Donna’s dress was a bespoke gown made locally at the little wedding shop in the beautiful market town of Bridgnorth, Shropshire. .
After the ceremony, we stopped the bus on top of the Clee Hill to capture some winter shots of the newly weds with stunning views of the rolling Shropshire countryside.
Back at Wilde Lodge, guests were greeted with hot cider and mulled wine. Even though there was snow on the ground and the wind chill was bitter, the couple were still keen for outdoor shots taking in the beautiful Powys scenery and views at Wilde Lodge. It is set within 25 acres of breathtaking, unspoilt and wild, picturesque countryside.
After dinner waitresses burst into song after the main course before desert cutting out any lull between the dinner and party to follow! Their first dance was sung by a friend with an acoustic guitar.
